    Mon produit a cessé de fonctionner au bout d'une année alors qu'il est garanti 2 ans ? Est-ce normal ?

    Tout d'abord, Tout d'abord, nous tenions à vous remercier de choisir XANLITE pour vous illuminer au quotidien.

    Concernant votre demande, nous sommes désolés que vos produits ne fonctionnent plus au bout de seulement 1 an. Cependant, les chiffres indiqués (15000 heures) sont calculés pour un produit qui est utilisé dans les bonnes conditions pour une durée de temps optimale.

    En d’autres termes, les conditions « parfaites » nécessaires à la longue vie du produit. Ces calculs prennent par exemple en compte des facteurs tels que :

     

    • Le temps d’allumage par jour
    • Le support sur lequel le produit est installé et mis en marche
    • Les conditions (humidité, poussière, température)
    • Les potentiels chocs que le produit subirait
    • L’alimentation du produit.
    • Des possibles défauts de fabrication

     

    Certains de ces facteurs empêchent parfois le produit de durer autant de temps qu’il le devrait et c’est donc normal que parfois certains produits cessent de fonctionner.

    C’est pour cela que la garantie couvre au minimum 2 ans, afin que nous puissions remplacer votre produit avec un nouveau si jamais le produit ne fonctionnait plus.
